DXE Medical’s service pages are now available on DXEMed.com. These pages offer customers the option to add a one-time PM (Preventative Maintenance) service to their cart and check out at their convenience.
Three key items DXE Medical recommends every customer should look for when deciding on a company to service their life-saving equipment are:
- Factory-Trained Biomedical Technicians
- OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) Parts
- Comprehensive Liability Coverage
Why these made it to the top of our list:
Having Factory-Trained or Certified Biomedical Technicians working on your devices ensures that the equipment is being serviced to the original factory specifications and guidelines. In order to become certified, Biomeds must be trained and evaluated directly by the manufacturer or authorized service center. During a PM, the Biomedical Technicians put your device through numerous steps to test and ensure that the device is compliant with manufacturer guidelines and will verify the latest equipment software so that your unit is ready for use, when needed. To ensure you get the most from your service experience with DXE and 2nd Life Biomedical, you will also receive a cleaning of your device and a complete report of the test results for your records. Onsite team members are available for any questions you have about the repairs/service done to your unit(s), as well as any technical questions you may have later. DXE and 2nd Life Biomedical only use manufacture approved parts for all repairs.
Is your service provider insured?
Comprehensive-Liability Coverage means that certain acts or omissions are insured against in the event of a device malfunction. While no insurance policy covers every type of incident, it is important for a service provider to maintain comprehensive insurance coverage from reputable carriers.
DXE Medical carries both commercial general liability and product liability insurance coverage.
