1. How do I place an order?
Our products are listed under three categories; Automated External Defibrillators, AED Accessories and AED Training. Please browse the products and when you find the item you want to purchase, click the button that says "add to cart." When you are finished shopping, click the "check out" link at the top of the page and follow the instructions to complete your purchase. Have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express credit card and billing and shipping information handy.

When your order is complete you will be shown a summary page which you should print for your records. You will also be sent a confirmation e-mail that your order is in progress.

2. I'm getting an error message on the order form.
Please make sure that all your information is entered completely and correctly or simply call us at 1-866-469-3800 and we will take your order over the phone.

3. What payment methods can I use?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express credit cards. Your credit card is verified at the time you order however, you are not charged until the product ships. Other helpful information is located at our Order Processing & Shipping link.

4. How do I avoid paying tax if my organization is tax exempt?

Please review the billing address information on the order form to make sure it matches your credit card billing information exactly. If everything is entered correctly and completely then we suggest you contact your credit card company to resolve the issue and try your order again.
