We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express credit cards. Your credit card is verified at the time you order however, you are not charged until the product ships.

Sales Tax
Cardiac Science is registered to do business in nearly every state in the U.S. and the taxing authorities of the individual states have previously determined that Cardiac Science has a legal presence (commonly referred to as "Nexus") in these respective states. Therefore, Cardiac Science is required to collect and remit the applicable sales tax for all taxable transactions in states which they are registered.

Congress did pass a moratorium on taxable transactions that are generated exclusively through the Internet. However, any company that already has Nexus in a state (such as most states for Cardiac Science) is still required to conform to existing state laws regarding collecting and remitting sales tax on taxable transactions that occur in these states.

Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship to only US domestic addresses using United Parcel Service (UPS) ground service or 2-day air.

Shipping occurs within 72 hours of ordering unless an item is on backorder or payment issues occur. Please note that your order may arrive in more than one box.

We do our best to accurately estimate when items will ship from our facilities. Our estimated shipping dates are always a range of dates. When you place an order, delivery time is based on the availability of your items, your destination address, the shipping options you choose and whether your credit card information has been cleared for payment.
