Meet Dr. S. Joanne Dames

Dr. S. Joanne Dames provides medical oversight for Arch Program Management and Medical Direction. She has a wealth of experience and expertise as an Emergency Department Physician for 14 years and an Urgent Care Physician for 24 years, with over 10 years as an Urgent Care Physician at One Medical Group in San Francisco. 

 

Education

  • Undergraduate degree from UC Irvine
  • Master’s of Public Health from UCLA
  • Medical degree from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences
  • Internship in Obstetrics/Gynecology and residency in Emergency Medicine at the Madigan Army Medical Center in Tacoma, Washington
  • Upon graduation from medical school, received the Janet Glasgow Award for "graduation first in her class" from the American Medical Woman’s Association
