STEP 1: GET REGISTERED

The individual who purchased the virtual class will need to input your information into the registration page to begin the training process. Once your information is entered into our system, you will receive an email with a link to begin the online course pre-work.

STEP 2: COMPLETE ONLINE COURSE PRE-WORK

Use the link in your email to begin your online course pre-work. The online course pre-work must be completed prior to your virtual skills check. 

To complete online course pre-work, you will need:

• Access link
• Desktop computer, laptop, or tablet that can play sound. Mobile devices are supported but not recommended due to size.
• High speed internet connection
• Web Browser: Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox, Safari

STEP 3: RECEIVE YOUR SKILLS CHECK LEARNING MATERIALS

If you have not received it already, your training materials are on their way to the shipping address you or the class purchaser provided upon registration. See below tabbed section with materials list based on the course type purchased. If you have questions about the materials, please contact us. 

STEP 4: SCHEDULE VIRTUAL SKILLS CHECK

Use the link in your email to schedule your virtual skills check. You can register for a date and time as recent as five (5) days after registration. 

NOTE: The online course pre-work must be completed prior to attending the virtual skills check. Incomplete or failed course work is not accepted. Click here to start your pre-work.

When you schedule your skills check, you'll receive an email confirming that date and time, as well as the link to the virtual meeting.

STEP 5: COMPLETE VIRTUAL SKILLS CHECK

On your scheduled date for virtual skills check, ensure you are prepared. 

You'll need:

• Laptop, desktop computer, or other device which can run browser-based meeting software
• Working webcam and microphone
• Stable, high speed internet connection
• Well-lit, quiet room with floor space for skills evaluation
• Training materials we mailed to you: unpack your items and ensure manikin is inflated

Sign in to the meeting at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled evaluation time.

COMPLETE STEPS 1-5 AND YOU'LL BE CERTIFIED

Successfully pass your virtual skills check and receive your CPR certification card via email in less than 24 hours.
