How Do I Choose The Right CPR Training?

Being CPR-certified can make a difference when it comes to an emergency situation and a life needing to be saved. 1,000 people suffer sudden cardiac arrest (SCA) per day in the United States and each minute without CPR decreases the chance of survival by 10%-15%. CPR isn't only helpful to those suffering SCA but is helpful in many other emergency situations too. Anyone can learn and get trained in CPR as you will never know when you may be in an emergency situation.

CPR Certification Class Options

If you are considering getting your CPR certification you have the choice between traditional, blended, or online classes. Learning the differences can help you choose which class is best suited for you and your needs.

Our Traditional CPR Certification Classes are held fully in-person in a classroom setting for five hours. It focuses on adult CPR and first aid as well as AED training and comes with a two-year certification.

Our Blended CPR Certification Classes offer three hours of online pre-work and two hours of an in-person skills check. You will learn the fundamentals of recognizing situations where CPR and AEDs are needed as well as how to administer CPR and use an AED. This class meets OSHA requirements but not BLS requirements.

Our Online CPR Certification Classes are approximately 2.5 hours long and help to prepare you for recognizing and responding to emergencies that involve an adult, child, or infant. It is delivered in an online and interactive format, and you will receive a digital class certificate after course completion. This course does not meet OSHA requirements and is best for those who need certifications that do not require a skills check.

The Cardio Partners CPR classes are tailored to both healthcare and non-healthcare individuals and whether you choose a traditional, blended or online CPR certification class you can be confident that you will learn all the skills necessary to help save a life.
